R&D unit - product design and formulation
This unit implements the research activities and all designing and production activities for new products experimental samples are being done in this unit in which, through adopting pilot tools and equipments, the new product samples are being produced and after organoleptically evaluation and execution of correctional measures fetch them in to acceptable and ready to supply condition. At the moment, the complex is granted with 38 production license and soon 7 new products are to be introduced in to the market. Also, via assistance of company advisors, university professors and renowned country researchers, the various topics and projects are being defined and worked upon. |

Quality assurance unit
This unit is responsible for improving the applied standards via establishing global systems for product quality and safety. Now, owing to attempt of this unit and other units including quality control and production succeed to receive the international HACCP certificate from URS of England and is to be granted the ISO 9000-2000 certificate. During service training courses is another important matter that this unit work upon it and by creating an educational class with capacity of 30 persons and via conducting educational feasibility activities holds intra and extra organizational courses and the incurred effectiveness is scrutinized on regular basis.
Quality control and health unit: Beholden to the equipped laboratories for controlling the physico-chemical and microbial process and through inspections of all entering raw materials in which this supervision for meat products (red meat, chicken and fish) starts from abattoirs and catching ports level and by selection of the best animals and approval of the health status the ingression permission is granted .Other raw materials are received the ingression permission for production line only after passing sampling, dispatching in to laboratories, running of the quality control tests s and issuance of the certificate stages. All process stages are defined and critical points are regularly monitored and via establishing the traceability system the potential for identification and separation of each and every batch exists and taking in to account the defined information and code numbers even the it is possible to determine the supplier of every ingredients inside the final product and therefore each tin has its own ID card. Among the most significant health issues contended with inside the complex one could mention of environment and personal health there of all personnel have been sent for periodical tests and bearing the health attestation card. Application of principle of nutrition and food industry for maintaining nutritional value Owing to technology and upholding the proper principles of the process, taken of the latest scientific references, Maedeh food products are enriched of required nutrients that could compensate the nutritional deficiencies.
